We currently produce A4 (210 x 297mm), A5 (148 x 210mm), and A6 (105 x 148mm) sized notepads and A4 and A5 sized notebooks. No other sizes can be requested at this stage.

The number of sheets cannot be altered. For notepads, most sheets are glued at the top (if this is different it will be noted on the product description) and tear off easily.
No, we do not offer a choice of paper stock. All notepads are printed on a quality white paper stock; with standard pads on 90gsm and premium notepads on 120gsm.
Colour reproduction may not be EXACTLY as seen on your screen. This is a manufacturing process and therefore variations are expected. We take no responsibility for this variance.
No changes can be made to the notepad. The design, including colours used on each individual notepad, will remain the same.
Absolutely! We have a range of notepads that can be personalised. You can choose your font directly in the online editor - watch your personalisation come to life!
If you would like to order 20+ notepads with a UNIQUE design of YOUR CHOICE (with individual names), please email us the details and we will forward a quote to you for the design of a new notepad, as well as printing of the notepads.
If you would like to order a unique notepad design for 1 or 2 notepads - sorry we do not offer that service. However, we would love to hear your ideas, so we can create more of what you would like to see in the future. Please email your suggestions through to email@example.com

No, it is not a book. The first sheet is the start of your notepad. It does have a hard backing board on the back with all sheets glued at the head (top), unless stated differently on the product listing.
No this option is not available at the present time. However, it may be developed in the future.
If you have accidentally selected the wrong notepad at the time of order; unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund for consumer error. However, if Padtastic have made an error we will gladly reprint the original order.
We use an automated system and download your artwork as you've created it. So it will appear EXACTLY as you have created with our online editor. There are no returns or refunds for consumer error. We encourage you to double check your order before submitting.
Turnaround time can vary, depending on products ordered and also during peak times. Please refer to the production and shipping tab on the relevant product page for current production times. On top of production time, please allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery Australia wide by Australia Post or Courier. It is also a good idea to allow extra time for Christmas deliveries. Delivery times will vary according to the specified delivery location. Express Post next day delivery is also available to customers in eligible zones.
Yes, you can. However, each delivery address will need a separate order to be completed, with a separate delivery charge.
Email us and we will see if there is a spot left in an earlier production slot. We can’t promise anything but we will try our best. You can also select the Express Post option for delivery if you are within an eligible delivery zone (set by Australia Post).

We only keep this information for our tracking purposes. You also have the option to create a customer account, which retains your information for the next time you visit.

We have our own in-house graphic designers who create all the notepad design, either from scratch or using stock images we purchase. We also proudly work with other artists and feature their artwork on our stationery.
No, all the designs are solely owned by Padtastic Stationery and protected by Intellectual Property Laws. You must not duplicate or reproduce any designs without written permission from us.
We love creating new designs and we would love to hear from you! Email us your feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org. Of course we do get lots of requests so we can’t possibly create them all but we love to add to our collection.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the colour for individual notepad orders but if we get the request often enough for alternative colours, then we will create it and add to our collection. We love hearing from our customers!
Mental Reduction Sidekick Subscription
All subscription boxes are shipped bi-monthly at the same time – on or around the 18th of January, March, May, July, September, November. You will receive a tracking notification via email when your box is on its way.
You will be charged for your first box upon subscribing, and your renewal fee will be charged on the 5th every second month. Bi-monthly renewal fee charged on 5th January, March, May, July, September, November.
For example, if you subscribe in April, your May box will be charged immediately, and then you will be charged for the next bi-monthly box on 5th July and so on.
If you choose the bi-monthly subscription option, you can cancel at any time provided you do so before the next renewal date (5th of January, March, May, July, September, November).
With the 6 month or 12 month subscription, you have committed to pay for the full period of the subscription i.e. 6 months (3 boxes) or 12 months (6 boxes). Once your commitment term has been fulfilled, you will automatically roll over to a bi-monthly subscription and you can cancel at any time providing you do so before the next renewal date (5th of January, March, May, July, September, November).
