What size are the notepads?
We currently produce A5 (148 x 210mm) and A4 (210 x 297mm) sized notepads. No other sizes can be requested at this stage.
How many pages are in each notepad?
This will depend on the product chosen.
The number of sheets cannot be altered. All sheets are glued at the top and tear off easily.
Can I choose a paper stock?
No, we do not offer a choice of paper stock. All notepads are printed on a quality white paper stock; with standard pads on 90gsm and premium notepads on 120gsm.
Do the colours print the same on the notepad as on the screen?
Colour reproduction may not be EXACTLY as seen on your screen. This is a manufacturing process and therefore variations are expected. We take no responsibility for this variance.
Can I change the colour of the notepad?
No changes can be made to the notepad. The design, including colours used on each individual notepad, will remain the same.
Can I change the font on the notepad?
You have a choice of 6 fonts to use for your chosen message. There is a link to an example of each font on the product page.
Can I request a special design for my own notepad?
If you would like to order 20+ notepads with a UNIQUE design of YOUR CHOICE (with individual names), please email us the details and we will forward a quote to you for the design of a new notepad, as well as printing of the notepads.
If you would like to order a unique notepad design for 1 or 2 notepads - sorry we do not offer that service. However, we would love to hear your ideas, so we can create more of what you would like to see in the future. Please email your suggestions through to email@example.com or find us on Facebook.
What if I want to order a large quantity of one particular notepad?
If you want 20+ notepads of the SAME design from our current Padtastic range (with individual names), please email us the details and we will forward a quote to you with the price for printing of the notepads.
Does the notepad have a hard cover?
No, it is not a book. The first sheet is the start of your notepad. It does have a hard backing board on the back with all sheets glued at the head (top).
Can I upload my own image or photo?
No this option is not available at the present time. However, it may be developed in the future.
What if the wrong notepad is printed?
If you have accidentally selected the wrong notepad at the time of order; unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund for consumer error. However, if Padtastic have made an error we will gladly reprint the original order.
What if the name was spelled wrong?
We use an automated system and don’t have someone manually typing the names. So it will appear EXACTLY as you type it on the product page. There are no returns or refunds for consumer error. We encourage you to double check your order before submitting.
When can I expect delivery?
Turnaround time is 5 working days for the production process from date of order. Allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery Australia wide by Australia Post or Courier. Please also allow extra time for Christmas deliveries. Delivery times will vary according to the specified delivery location. Express Post next day delivery is also available to customers in eligible zones.
Can I post to a different delivery address?
Yes, you can. However, each delivery address will need a separate order to be completed, with a separate delivery charge.
What if I want my order faster than your normal production timeframe?
Email us and we will see if there is a spot left in an earlier production slot. We can’t promise anything but we will try our best. You can also select the Express Post option for delivery if you are within an eligible delivery zone (set by Australia Post).
Do you offer an express post service?
Yes, Express Post can be selected at checkout. This means next day delivery within eligible delivery zones (set by Australia Post).
Do you email confirmation of dispatch of goods?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email confirmation and tracking number (if applicable).
Who do you use for delivery?
Depending on your delivery zone/region, we use either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
Why have you added postage costs?
While we would love to continue offering our products with free postage, production and postage costs have made it difficult for us to do so. We do not make any money on delivery. We are always working to find the most cost effective delivery options.
Can I put in an urgent request?
Yes, you can however this is not guaranteed. You will need to send us a separate email with this request.
What is the minimum order?
You are able to order just 1 notepad – but we are sure you won’t be able to stop at just one!
Can I see an online proof of my notepad?
No, we do not offer this option. You will not see your design put together until it arrives in the post.
Can we re-order down the track?
Yes, you can and we love you too! Just follow the procedure as you did the first time as we don’t provide a link to submit the same order again. We only keep this information for our tracking purposes. You also have the option to create a customer account, which retains your information for the next time you visit.
What if I change my mind on which design before dispatch?
Sorry no changes can be made and production cannot be stopped. Please select carefully before you submit your order.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If there is a delay in sending out your order, we will notify you by telephone or email. If you did not receive this call or email and your order still hasn’t arrived after 14 working days, then please contact us. However, please note we cannot be responsible for Australia Post or Fastway Couriers delivery timeframes.
What does a promotional code mean?
This is a code that you will need to enter if it is associated with a particular promotion or special offer. This also allows us to track sales through different marketing methods.
How do I get a promotional code?
Through any facebook and email promotions we may hold from time to time. Make sure you subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Facebook so you don't miss out!
Where do the designs come from?
We have our own in-house graphic designers who create all the notepad design, either from scratch or using stock images we purchase.
Can I copy these designs and use for my own purpose?
No, all the designs are solely owned by Padtastic and protected by Intellectual Property Laws. You must not duplicate or reproduce any designs without written permission from us.
What if I have ideas for new designs?
We love creating new designs and we would love to hear from you! Email us your feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org. Of course we do get lots of requests so we can’t possibly create them all but we love to add to our collection.
What if I love a certain design but want it in another colour?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the colour for individual notepad orders but if we get the request often enough for alternative colours, then we will create it and add to our collection. We love hearing from our customers!
